Postage: free postage when you spend £100 and over:
No Posting out until after the New Year 2023.
UK deliveries next day where at all possible (£4 / Free over £100)
Royal Mail or courier service will be used / next day delivery UK only.
You will be contacted with the tracking number.
EU & Rest of the World £30 postage:
You will be emailed or text with shipping information and approximate delivery date.
There may be an import tax on goods sent to your country.
Tracking your parcel:
As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information. Please note that it can take sometimes takes a couple of days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order.
Undeliverable parcels:
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to shoes at last.
Returns:
if you feel you need to exchange your purchase…please send your goods back, unworn to shoes at last, ship or return to the shop within 10 days of receiving your goods… to 81 maple Road, Surbiton, Surrey, kt6 4aw and we will do our best to help, whether an exchange or refund.
